I've been West Texas dreaming. I'm long overdue for a trip to the Trans Pecos, Big Bend, Marfa and Fort Davis. Sometimes, I just gotta feel the wide open space of Texas. So I decided to spread out on a larger board. My largest painting to date...32 x 40. I swear, I'm totally in love with agave in all their forms. This beauty is from the Chihuaha Desert Research Institute on between Marfa and Fort Davis. I remembered to get process and progress photos this time. They are in my blog http://annalisaleal.blogspot.com/2018/06/incandescence.html
